Therapy
Coming to therapy takes courage. It means facing the sense that something’s not working — even if you can’t yet name what it is.
You may feel stuck, disconnected, restless, or overwhelmed. Maybe you're moving through a life transition — a shift in your role, your relationships, or your identity — and trying to make sense of who you are now. Or maybe things look fine on the outside, but inside you're wondering, Is this all there is?
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more closely — to yourself, your patterns, and the parts of you that have been overlooked. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you to yourself.
How We'll Work Together
Therapy works best when it’s real — not scripted or surface-level. I believe the relationship we build is the foundation for change. That means creating a space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin to access deeper layers of your experience.
In our work, we’ll explore what’s showing up — in your thoughts, your body, and your story. This may involve looking at past experiences, current patterns, or unspoken beliefs that are shaping how you move through the world. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, and parts-based approaches like Gestalt, but I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models. We’ll follow what feels alive, relevant, and true.
What I Want for You
My aim isn’t just symptom relief — it’s deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. I believe you already have the inner resources to move forward. Therapy can help you reclaim access to those strengths, and learn to live with more clarity, freedom, and integrity.
This work isn’t always easy. But it’s often the most important thing we do. If you’re ready to move beyond old patterns and begin living in closer alignment with who you really are, I’d be honored to assist you on that journey.
