About Me
I grew up on the East Coast in a big, Italian-American family and came to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing. Somewhere along the way, I realized I felt stuck—caught in the same patterns, disconnected in my relationships, and unsure what I really wanted. Therapy gave me the space to face those questions honestly. Over time, it helped me let go of old ways of being that no longer served me.
Joining a men’s process group was a turning point. It challenged me in ways I didn’t expect and opened the door to a deeper sense of clarity and direction—one that eventually led me to this work.
Having been a client, I know what it’s like to feel restless or off-course, even if things seem fine on the surface. I also know what it’s like to reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel more alive, grounded, and free. That’s the kind of change I work toward with my clients—real, meaningful, and self-directed.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across Los Angeles and, thanks to telehealth, throughout California. My clinical experience spans a family service agency, a high school wellness center, and private practice. I work with people of all ages, but I’m especially drawn to working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life’s big shifts.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a wide range of fields—from fast food, construction, and legal support to filmmaking and video editing for the NBA. These experiences shaped how I relate to people and deepened my respect for the different paths we all walk. They also remind me that growth isn’t linear—and that everyone carries a story worth listening to.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s from Boston University. Outside of work, I’m usually watching my Eagles (Go Birds), hiking, cooking, learning the ropes of fatherhood, or trying to carve out a quiet moment for myself (still working on that last one).
